Shipping / Delivery Policy

Lick your Lips offers an awesome delivery service utilizing our very own delivery vehicles as well as reputable couriers.

Lick your Lips aim to have your order delivered within 3-5 working days for orders within South Africa and 10-15  days for International orders. If, in the unlikely event that the stock is not available on site or in our storage facility, we will notify you immediately and advise you of the revised ETA.

When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment been returned to Lick your Lips - the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non delivery.
Returns

We guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 5 days from the receipt of shipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception being - Special order items and Martin Logan which will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note free shipping does not apply to returns.
